Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Being laid off would be a blessing in disguise

T-Mobile is not the same company it once was and I'd be happy to be shown the door as long as they paid me in the process.

Must su-k to be a company that has consistently good quarters and still has a g-n shy workforce waiting for the next round of downsizing

Speak with your manager and partner with HR to see about a VSP.

Being laid off from T-Mobile is a badge of honor.

Totally get where you're coming from. When a company shifts away from what made it great, it’s hard to stay motivated or connected. A layoff, especially with a decent package, can be the perfect chance to reset and move toward something that actually aligns with your values and goals. Sometimes being shown the door is just the universe opening a better one.

It’s a rough market out there right now! The severance isn’t terrible but it’s a terrible time to be searching.
