Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

The force out has begun

Writing up employees and managers left and right. Adding more and more responsibilities on all. Constant changes with no training or notice of the change. Constant emails of impending changes. Constant meetings, messages, sxs, 1 on 1. More and more coming everyday. And they are starting to drop like flies. SF is shaking the tree before the big reorganization.

State Farm knows every bit of financial information each employee has. Don't think they don't. They'll force you out against your will and has the money to back up their decision. They have 15 million ways to get rid of you. Got you in the states they want. Power is on their side but in long run will lose many policyholders when truth gets out. Mark my word.

130 billion in reserves. We are fine. Would be better if we lost half our policy holders. That 100 billion will keep execs well fed.

Funny. They changed the severance policy right before the canned IT. Changed it to say if they sold work and our employees went with the work sf offered no severance to those employees. Changed it just in time to fu-k those employees.

Ohhh they are just beginning as huge changes are coming to your benefits and compensation for 2026. Pension is done too! The last golden handcuff will be yanked away especially with all the pending underwriting people that will be out of a job. Just watch in the next 90 days you will see a change to the severance plan. These ba----ds are about to become unhinged even more now that they have to officially recognize they lost the #1 spot to Progressive. Geico will pass us in three years too. Growth has stopped if you look at the results on the homepage. Remember this is all your fault your worthless lazy employee! Agents get ready too, they have a goal of around 40% of all new business will be bound with the "AI agent" and you are not going to get any commission on it! Enjoy that sh-t pie!
