If some teammates have already received their notification, can the rest of us consider ourselves safe?

@OP I wouldn’t until you actually receive an email stating that you are safe. My TL told me those emails will go out after business hours on Tuesday August 26th. So we have another day to wait.
I wouldn't until tomorrow at 5:00 PM.
When Wednesday gets here and you haven’t had a communication (1:1 or email and/or both) then and only then can you consider yourself safe. See it in writing.
