@1mr exactly right. Lucian always hid in his office. Did not talk to anyone unless he had to. Never had anything positive or uplifting to contribute in any meeting.

What did Lucian did? Nothing. He is a very condescending person and never show any appreciation.

Now that I've been out for a year, it is reassuring to see that I made the right choice. There is no future with Honeywell since before DA ran the place. Are there no competent executives available nowadays?

He was DAs successor with the board. VK threatened to quit to the board unless he got the CEO job. Board pushed DA out and LB and VK fought like cats a dogs for 2 years. He was incompetent already rich and wanted to play with his 10+ exotic car collection not work so he sat on his hands. Timken made a bad choice he’s just collecting a paycheck. Hon board made a worse choice with VK aka budlight ceo/Cr--ker Barrel ceo

LB was completely checked out a year ago. Everybody who met with him regularly could tell from his lack of engagement. Vimal was never going to invest in the business while expecting IA to sell more outdated products.

Smart cookie, seemingly everyone knows what is happening to Honeywell accept the people that still work there. If you are not at Honeywell Aero I hope you have some awareness of your plight and if not wake the F up!

He left Honeywell to become the CEO of Timken. As the previous post stated this is a nothing burger and there's24 nothing to read into it.
