For OCI perhaps. September 2 is the start of the same firing cycle in Fusion across the globe.
Chris set an all hands for mid October, and he got Rob's org folded under it. It's very obvious, all September and early October will be a bloodbath across the org, especially former Rob's org. Then survivors will hold all-hands.
