The HR managers target specific managers and employees due to personal reasons. They are not unbiased. It’s sick.
Remember HR is suppose to protect the company, but the employee-yet the HR managers are literally walking liabilities.
Wake up Hertz. Clean house of your RAC HR managers. More specifically your top 30. Walking lawsuits day in and day out.

We had someone that had worked for hertz for years and could not work Sunday anymore due to religious reasons Hertz decided that he can’t practice freedom of religion and forcefully swapped his hours around even though it is state Law to accommodate them and work with him HR is Responsible for all of it! Now we are short on staff and they still expect the same amount of work out of 1 Person

The good old days of NPS fraud and sales fraud! Manipulating the numbers and the RVP's were all aware of it yet it made them look good so they turned a blind eye. I know one employee who filled out hundreds of NPS surveys.

The entire HR ecosystem at Hertz is broke, toxic and works against the employee workforce. The anonymous ethics hotline is also useless. I have reported major fraud with tangible evidence provided only to be told that the matter was “handled” and no further action is needed. The reality is that I know the fraud continues rampant yet the ring leader and the cronies were promoted. At what point this current administration will wake up and take action unless they are also now complicit in the fraud?
