If I get a consulting/contract gig, can I maintain my WF insurance during the duration of the severance period?

Yes, as a contractor, you're not an employee and you most likely don't get benefits. You can continue to use the WF benefits program until your severance period ends. Then you can go on COBRA or Obamacare.
Yes you can. As stated I wouldn’t say anything generally. Unless you notify Wells just keep moving on. Hope it goes well.
