So that means we’re still a long way from being done? Mid-September is the earliest we can hope for this to finally be over?

If they satisfy with numbers, it may stop, i guess. They will save others for next round maybe next 6 months or next year
Did you notice CLs (replacement for Rob) all hands is in October. That tells you a lot and it has changed the dates a few times. Expect early September to continue the culling of the heard under CL. Then come October it will be all new focus and roses and we won’t notice the once’s forcefully separated. The ones left will not ask in the all hands about focal any more or pay rises.
Looks like it. They are sla-ghtering OCI first, next will be Fusion. Former Rob's org will be decimated starting September 2.
