They won't do anything. From what I hear, the settlement is one-way. It doesn't go back to AT&T if less people claim. If less people claim, each claimant will get more money.
As far as AT&T is concerned, if that settlement is approved, it's all done.
As unscrupulous as the Stink has been, I would not rule out anything or any new tactic.
