If you work more than a 8 hour day you can walk out and swipe in again and you get credit for 2 days since it is 8 hours apart

It's stuff like this that makes them pull in the reins even more. Sad that a few have to ruin the flexibility for the rest of us. I do my work well no matter where I sit but I follow the rules and guidelines to the best of my ability. I believe in integrity no matter what any one else says or does. I wish others in this company did.
You know your laptop has a location tracker on it, so if IT can run a report, they don't even need the badge swipes.
Moot point. A coffee badger wouldn't be caught dead working 8 whole hours! The rest of us are too busy to try this bullsh-t.
I did this for all 3 of my days this week so I got credit for 6 days!
Someone needs to fire your a-s. @joshakovenko
@OP why...or why? Saying tricks? Silly.
@da Yes! Tea bagging is encouraged!
@OP I am 55 yes old, non-exempt, and I drink tea. Will it work for me?
@a5 LOL. Unless the swipes happen on different dates, that’s not how it works. Even if your plan was to stay after midnight our turnstiles don’t let us in after (I think) 8pm or 9pm anyway.
I don't have any need to worry about anything but doing my job well. I see no need in skimming the system. You must be the one that people talk about in board meetings trying to skirt basic office discipline. They are watching you
lol now if you only put in that much effort and thought into doing your actual job……
@OP why do want to defy employment expectations? When you’re hired you understand what’s expected and that your employer can change the expectations in the future. Did you know that some of our newer locations require that you badge out, too? Don’t think that’s not a possibility across HCSC.
