I got summed to my managers office yesterday, no warning nothing , HR walks in sits down and here we go again., 3 months notice from today after 8 years of service, the worst package that they could possibly offer , total joke of a company, Potentially 15% going next 6 months they said with more next year. Get out while you can.

Sorry Bud, but the last of the reasonable pay outs happened under GE, then It went downhill from there as we all laughed that under Baker things couldn't possibly get worse.

Please read up on previous threads regarding the silent & deadly approach of BH to redundancies across the board, designed to ensure minimum exposure to the outside world.
You won’t hear them coming, & half the time, nobody knows they have been until you e-mail an individual & the mail is returned because their account has been terminated.
Volunteers are not welcome in this wretched game of cat & mouse.

Aberdeen is a good example of how not to run a business. It should be a case study.

Sorry to hear that Buddy, but if it’s any consolation, you will look back & ask yourself, WTF did I stick around this unrewarding, narcissistic company for as long as I did?
You have to be on the outside looking back to realise how bad things have got there, & let’s face it, they despise anyone with experience & commitment, so you are better off out of the Sh!tshow because the longer you stay there, the less they think of you.
I won’t lie to you; things are tough on the outside world just now, but you are better than Baker & you will prevail.
