We want to see the CES Results! It's as big a scandal as the Epstein Files! What are they hiding?

Those of us in HR have verifiable evidence that the previous CHRO - RM, changed the wording of questions in order to avoid having the feedback reflect poorly on her -which is where it belonged. The Chevron leadership team is nothing more than a cult of cover ups.
CES is like the complimentary upgrade list for United - you’re number 45 and there is one seat available. It’s nothing more than an empty marketing ploy, just like CES is supposed to give the impression that management listens and cares - they don’t.
CES had its heyday maybe 15 years ago. Since then, the results (and questions) have been massaged to guarantee no bad results, only "opportunities for improvement" which were then never improved. As already mentioned, the specter of continuous layoffs and reorgs makes today's CES meaningless.
They use running water and indoor toilets to get the engine results through the roof and skew the wider metrics.
Aren’t we due for another one? Lol they should release it selection week. Gives them a better base to show improvement against next year :)
Why is anyone engaging in this conversation??? I can’t believe I’m posting this but I want to help. No one cares. Give up.
CES doesn’t matter. Look at HSE GM for DMC. Consistently fourth quartile, yet now a 28.
Glad I didn’t fill it out last time. I knew it was a scam.
The mid-2024 CES results were discounted because we were about to go through a re-org.
The end-of 2024 CES results were discounted because we were going through a re-org.
The beginning of 2025 CES results were discounted because we were still going through a re-org.
The CES results I saw earlier this year were the worst I have ever seen. Several critical engagement metrics in single digits. Nobody cared - because we were going through a re-org.
Here’s the thing, Chevron (you dimwitted curmudgeons) - when you spend 2/5s of your time going through re-orgs, the 2/5s of CES results you casually discard actually matter, because they represent 2/5s of the the employee’s experience.
CES is all fake reporting. It used to be
more anonymous and helpful. Now people only report as they have to do CES or it will be clear they did not report. Nothing changes with CES results. It’s an illusion your input matters.
It's not really about you. They know many feel trapped and no where else to land. Just gauging how bad it is vs. how loŋg till AI is workable.
