VSP is my company eye care insurance! I can deal with that as a part of my severance. New eyeglasses every year and a comprehensive eye exam
VSP with a severance is a win - win. Bring it on.
Yes, our group was asked if anyone would be willing to take a VSP. We were told even if we put our name in for a VSP, it may not be approved. I think they brought on too much with the USCC merger and now they are trying to figure out what to do with the extra bloat.
Ask you manager and/or partner with HR.
