The video's are are being played over and over in SP1 3rd Floor related to CEP need to be taken down! Such a moral inhibitor. We all know those twats won't lose their jobs!

Those are manufactured scripts passed out by the consultant firms that go around the industry telling each company they have to have layoffs to compete with the first company that had layoffs. Thereby they perpetuate this myth that reducing headcount is the most effective way to reduce cost and in turn they create a market (and revenue stream) for themselves by stating that reorg and new workflows have to come from external imbiased parties.
And round and round we go - Shell, Chevron, BP, COP,. . . .it will keep going. (maybe best thing that could happen would be to move to private industry?! Any experience out there with that?)
