Per meeting with director today 75 pos are looking to be added to FTC ABS/Amisys teams for the 3rd and 4th qtr...seems like a lot. These pos will be internal and external applicants.

They have already outsourced adjustments & FTC from stateside in MP to offshore. They have been steadily for over a year now. I have worked adjustments for the last 4 years, and my team has been rearranged and downsized numerous times since the beginning of 2023. Including multiple directors, managers, and supervisors. I see a lot of external employees with obviously Indian names - they are either offshore or they are all HB1. That's the only way they would open up those positions at this point. If they are HB1 they can let go FTE and pay them less. And since the claim is that they can't offshore Medicaid since it's federally funded I would wager this is part of their idea to cut costs. Just a guess.
