@c9 , until OT work environment improve with bad management out and the company growing, there will always be interest in this forum. If OT is all good, there's is no reason for me to come here to get heads up on the next OT layoff.
Currently, there are lots of ex employees expressing interest in this forum and gloating on Mark getting his comeuppance. Current employees expressing their frustrations. So it's not "sh-----g" on OT but voicing out our pain with job uncertainty and lack of visions at OT.
If you are a true OT employee, you will now that voicing out your opinion at OT just get you blacklisted from promotions as the managers just want everything to look good even if it's not. Hence, this sort of forums are great when you hit the brick wall.

Sure some are taking the p-ss out of it, but, people who don't care are more a threat.
At least people come out and say something decent. Instead of whistleblowing or something MUCH worse. OT cuts the wrong people my stock is going to go negative. Tea, whistleblowing, mass exodus of employee and customer alike, the works.
And lowkey I'm cool with if it's entertaining enough.

All due respect I am a Silicon Valley veteran of many many many years. The lack of action over the past decade on the part of this woefully incompetent Board was horrific. Additionally MB and BOD thought they were M&A ballers and put simply, they were out 'over their ski's' when they acquired MFI, and paid too much for it. Everyone here knew it. They then eliminated or demoted all distinguished engineers and laid off all MFI leadership except one. Their arrogance led them to where they are now. I think the majority of the Board should stand down immediately. If you are surprised by what you are reading here (much of it accurate) it may be because you are one of the ELT or SLT members who enabled this train wreck for the past decade.
