Looking for details on in-office reporting. If someone is in-office for a half-day and on PTO for a half-day on the same day, how does the reporting pick that up? Does that count as one in-office day or two?

the part in your mom's cooch, you worthless inel, you know the taste.
@175
Which part of the boot tastes the best? Asking for a friend.
I would recommend just going in and doing your job. the laundry can wait.
Some bootlicker uniformly downvoted all the comments and is angrily sitting in the office for 8 hours shining boots with their tongue
Stop, think. How can you create two days out of one?
@ak wrong. They r monitoring closely for these time sleights and calling people out. If there is no behavior modification after mgr discussion to get with the program, folks who refuse and continue to buck the system are singled out.
@aw & @ay to be franker this has been communicated widely and has never been modified. It is, in-fact, the standard. It was DAY one knowledge in my tower. So much so that there was a loophole where 2 or even 1 hour of PTO made the day taken count as in-office. That skiddle skam didn’t last too long before it was expressedly defined 4 hours min for exempt or non-exempt.
“Does it count as two days?”
FFS no wonder management is treating us like children. There are literally children employed here dressing up like adults.
@a2 i think they change the rules regularly and they don't have a standard, probably to prevent a work stoppage or slow down.
@a4 driving into an office is so old fashioned and shows a lack of valuing our time away from the office. Plus what are parent's or caregivers suppose to do with their family members. Dump them in day care on a salary that doesn't fit your budget
@a2 to be frank they really haven't stated that
@ak that is not accurate. They call it coffee badging and they are looking for it. 4 hr in and 4 hrs pto is one in office.
You can be in for 15 min and badge in an out and counts as a day. They are not that sophisticated.
It's amazing that in 2025 with AI, gigabit ethernet, we're still talking about people driving into an office so some old fa-t can put a check in the box to ensure he still holds power. A company stuck in 1991.
If it’s on the same day you only get credit for one day. Do your half day of PTO on a different day to get credit for two days.
One in office day. No need to go to office on a day you schedule 4 hours of pto it counts as a day in office
