Enbridge used to be top ten, not in the top 100 anymore.

What has happened to Enbridge? We used to be top ten but now we are 191? This should be a wake up call for evryone! https://www.forbes.com/lists/canada-best-employers/

Those to employer lists are a fraud, no matter the source. They don't reflect anything meaningful, and never did. You buy them. And Enbridge stopped buying them. That's all that it means.

why blame India? nlame your CEO who wants to save money by outsourcing. its pure greed. i am glad to have found a better job with a competitor after i was let go by Karen who moved from canada to take over a group she hardly cared.
i can understand your frustration and anxiety about Indians. i feel for you.

I know from a perspective of ole Union Gas that Enbridge has taken employees to where literally no one cares or feels valued in any way. It shown by the number that quit the company with less than 5 years employed here. And those above 15 years most have quietly quit and feel so sc--wed over that just here for the term required.
Never seen morale so poor here ever

Yes send out your email Michelle of the cascade of senior leadership caring.
But right that’s all it is just a message of gonna do these things.
Until see real change of salary, pension and benefits most will continue to work 1.5-2 hours a day.
Give value = Get value.

They don’t care about their ranking on this list. As far as leaders are concerned the company is getting what it wants financially.

I work in GDS … email from president yesterday says that everyone is happy and we are the best employer based on survey results. Red flag that also the survey showed that a large chunk of employees revealed they don’t see a future with company. She is apparently taking it personal and has resolved to change this and engage with other sr leaders.

They will do nothing - all these emails are the equivalent of instagram feeds. They are just out out there to make them look good - when reality they don’t care cause they got their bonuses and make too much money to change anything. Once you hit that level in enbridge you don’t rock the boat.

No big surprise! Won’t be long and it won’t be ranked that high. Nothing will improve until there is a major change in leadership, a complete overhaul to the organizational structure, and a change in hiring practices. It’s and unsustainable disaster!

Can't be how they treat everyone with such respect when they lay you off after decades of faithful service, right? I mean who doesn't like being frog marched out of the building, not even allowed back to your desk to pick up your stuff. Such respect!
