Why are all managers currently on an on-site meeting this week?? Aug 11 through Aug 14??? Its convenient considering we just got the RRP email and no one to answer questions... what is happening??

@OP I totally understand your concern. While it may have nothing to do with the status of layoffs, etc.., it is ok to be weary and concerned.. But I agree that it is probably nothing to do with it. So breathe.. It's okay.. :-)
@OP “all managers” are not at an onsite. There is a large on-site that happens every year during August for a lot of the corporate teams and sales teams - NSM. Making general statements like “all managers” is just you trying to drive fear. It’s an annual meeting where they talk about one of the biggest times of the year - AEP. Chill out.
