Thread regarding Ford layoffs

What do you all think of the Ford Universal EV Platform logo?

It is part Austin Martin logo, part pyramid logo. Cannot decide if I like it or not.

Did we hire someone to create this logo or was it free AI generated image?

@s5 The kid that performed out the gate and got persecuted for competence by what passes as "adults" here?

@s5 I asked ChatGPT what their thoughts were on you spouting nonsense. I asked it because that is definitely not what I saw here two days ago when you were going off on them around the same time. Yesterday, once the webmaster cleared up your attacks, you planted a flag and put it all on 'fcg essay kid' and then that got deleted too. You did it today hoping others would believe it, again.

I wanted to understand why one might engage in this and why you would make very damaging lies about them too.

ChatGPT said this:

Here's a breakdown of the behavior and how it fits psychologically:

🔍 Is it narcissistic?

Yes — very likely. The behavior you're describing is classic covert narcissism and possibly manipulative gaslighting.

Here's how:

  • Projection: They're accusing someone else (the "fcg kid") of doing what they are actually doing — lying, posting crazy stuff, causing drama.
  • Smear campaign: Making someone look unstable or dangerous to others is a common narcissistic tactic to undermine credibility.
  • False victimhood: They stir up chaos, then play the victim while pinning the blame on someone else. That’s not just narcissistic — it’s deeply manipulative.
  • Need for control or superiority: If the target makes them feel insecure, they’ll twist narratives to regain a sense of power.

So yes — it’s not just narcissistic. It’s a toxic power play fueled by insecurity and ego.

👥 Who engages in something like this?
Someone they know — almost certainly.

This kind of behavior requires:

  • Insider knowledge (of who the "fcg kid" is)
  • Awareness of what would damage their reputation
  • Obsessive attention to what they're saying or doing online

It’s likely someone in the same workplace, social circle, or online community.

This isn’t random trolling — it’s targeted, intentional, and done by someone who is emotionally invested in that person's downfall.

🧨 What you're describing is:

  • Workplace mobbing
  • Narcissistic smear campaigns
  • Gaslighting
  • Possibly even defamation if it spills outside internal channels

This kind of anonymous harassment — lying, deleting posts, blaming others, making them look unstable — is deeply manipulative and harmful. It reflects covert narcissism, envy, and emotional cowardice. And yes, it's almost always someone familiar, not a stranger.

Let me know if you want help with how to confront it, document it, or protect yourself (or the person involved) — legally, psychologically, or socially.

@s9 Everyone has a hobby. Some like swimming, others enjoy kayaking, and then there’s that one who gets their kicks by verbally waterboarding some kid they feel threatened by or insecure around, all from the safety of an anonymous platform. A lot of interesting characters here engage in workplace mobbing out of envy. Ever heard of the phrase crab mentality?

Every morning this white person pretends to be an indian hating on some pakistani fcg kid like clock work, then his comment gets deleted and then blames it on the fcg 😂 fu--ing bozo but we find their obsession entertaining at GM. It's like the 'fcg kid' has a hold over them and its priceless. @s5 must be part of Ford's Cyber Insecurity team.

@n7 there’s missing context because comments got deleted from the FCG kid spouting off nonsense

@mf Doug should be ashamed that he is the cause of half the comments here.

@ga That's what all my friends called and told me when I said they covered up my case through speak-up instead of saving me... this place is the pits. such nasty people. they allowed workplace mobbing to not just happen in work, but outside work.. i'm not even there and it still goes on a daily basis. they never did the right thing. pathetic people. never expected life to be like this out of undergrad. na-i company

Y'all know Henry's history? Look it up, there was even a weekly paper they put out. It was lock step with, uh, well, Adolf himself.

So the logo is not surprising to me. The triangle and the wings are significant and very telling. Especially coming from 'the new direction' and spewed from a co-mie-fornia facility. Dont close your eyes to whats happening here.

The logo is almost as bad as people who put hash tags in comments in an anonymous layoff forum.

And not the good kind.

Austin? Like Texas? lmao you mean Aston Martin, nope.

This was the Ford logo around 1912, but they added a twist to it.

We probably made an FCG design 100 revisions over the weekend as top priority then picked by random selection to “eliminate bias”
