Humana is a shithole of a company that values Offshore worthless workers over the American people. ERP is option for people who one believed in the company to be able to bow out as that ship sinks. Real Answer.

May I know why are you looking to be offered an ERP? A lot of people want it to be offered but I am not able to understand why you would want this. Are you just looking to retire or get ERP and apply for a new job? Hope it's not a d-mb question.
