@ht They are making Humana the 7/11 of the insurance world. Would you like to upsize your fountain drink? Our bathrooms are dirty but don't mention it because it's just a "cultural" thing.

Sc--w Humana and the Dot Head overtaking. These clowns have created a circus that I am not longer willing to be a part of. You can't create an American company and then hire a 3rd world culture to run it, unless you want to run it into the ground. Humana is just DEI Woke bullsh1t

@fm The senior leader I mentioned was a VP too! No position is safe.

Not to scare anyone, in the history working in Humana, there was once a senior leader who was asked to re-apply for open roles. Guess what, this proud leader did not qualify for any roles. He was RIFed. That must have done something to ego.

I’m second guessing my decision now, but I took it. I spoke with several people and was hearing nothing but gloom and doom about the organization completely restructuring, getting smaller, people potentially being required to reapply for their roles. And…a real push to return to the office.

That said, it’s hard to give up your job. I’m feeling it.

I took it. I'm not willing to gamble a 15 year career to someone younger and cheaper. I'd much rather go out on my terms.

If the job market wasn’t so awful I would… felt I had to decline
