Does anyone know what the plan for HGAS is for the future especially now they have been merged with AST. I honestly don’t understand why they are being lumped together. Think there is any future for growth for HGAS.

When HON merges two legacy businesses, anyone who is solely with either legacy business is let go. If you are not part of the merged entity by now, get ready for GK's kn--e (he was known as the 'butcher' at MP for a reason)
They have no idea how many people are about to leave. The business is done, if they aren't selling it, they are hiding it away under AST so no one sees it fail. They hate the business now because of its ties to Oil and gas. Their sole focus is about ESG scores a
What a way to ruin a great company. Buy BW and Rae and take a sledge hammer to the business, couple that with putting in a management team with no interest other than yearly bonuses to put the final nail in the coffin.
You wouldn't even be able to count on your hand the number of HGAS guys remaining that know the business and they are all totally fed up. One is ready for retirement so just riding out the final wave and the others are wisely distancing themselves from impossible poison 'leadership' positions, they know what is coming!
In the last couple of years we employed numerous completely unqualified muppets across the board that drove us deeper into the ground, and all this against a backdrop of customers who HATE us (and for good reason). I am out after March and looking forward to a better life away from this toxic sh1thole.
