My job was posted recently... theoretically, how long do I have until I am laid off?

30-45 days this happened to a colleague who was laid off shortly thereafter for 2 lesser compensated younger people 1 of which was a transplant and former work colleague to the hiring manager - there's no loyalty watch your back and have a plan
Possible your manager given more responsibilities outside of what he currently owning
Are you remote or on a PIP? It’s legally risky to post a req for the job you are in unless there are extenuating circumstances.
did you ever think that they were able to expand or group? might not be anything you need to worry about.
