Does accrued vacation pay get paid out during the non-voluntary leave period (before official termination ?)

When they lay you off the explain this to you. Did you not listen? PTO is not paid out after the 60 day period. It is paid out at the end of your severance period. After the 60 days let’s say you have 6 months severance at the end of the 6th month you get lump sum check.

Now, what do you think? Do you think you would get it while you are still employed or when you are no longer employed?

It gets paid at the end of the 60-day notice period. The last pay period before severance I received two checks, payroll then a separate one for accrued PTO.
