@7qv isn’t there like 50 people in corp risk at the tower? They gonna can them all on the same day?

Most of us in corp risk in the tower were told we’d hear more by end of 3q25. Most of us believe the layoff will happen on that day - September 30 (Tuesday after payday).

@1de There has been no WARN Notice for those in the Tower... Last two WARN notices for WF were listed in December of 2024 and were not for Portland specifically. So, what are you referring to?

The WARN notice said Q4 2025. So I’d expect that.

I've been told the next wave for location strategy is Q4.

Portland is the road map for what will eventually happen to all domestic hubs. People forget that it was officially designated as a hub as recently as 2018. Fast forward 7 years and it's all going away. I'm sure we'll keep a few people in some space in the tower, but everything else will go. No hub is safe. They only designate them in order to motivate people to keep producing under the guise of false job security.

At the end of last year, we were told most non client roles (staff jobs) will be eliminated by the end of 2025. It's location strategy and expecting the cuts to start coming the back half of this year.
