No, Chris is not leaving, and CDW just made a large acquisition with the word on the street being that it is under- performing, so probably not that either. My guess is that new executive leadership is being hired under Chris to raise the bar on the demonstrably damaged executive team credibility. The fireside chat will be an introduction to some new face or faces, plus some new approach, filled with a whole lot of the usual hype and CDW buzzwords. Then, a few days behind that, will be a company reorganization accompanied by an associated layoff, in order to juice the earnings one more time and keep the stock inflated and moving up. This puts the layoff most likely between the end of June and earnings, so likely in the middle of July. Of course, this is all conjecture based on the sleazy yet predictable track record continuously demonstrated by CDW leadership, but I recommend that everyone buckle up if I am right because new leaders usually mean big changes.
Good post from @bv+1jwxvcgjj.
