I’m so sick of going into a Walmart, “selling” (stupid word for this job) a display, coming back next time, and seeing it thrown on top stock or thrown all back in your backstock. F this d-mb sh-t

You see all the keebler cookie prds and cheeze it prds and endcaps Walmart has though? Cause they got rid of their reps, not it’s forced in and Walmart employees problem…. That’s how you do it, get rid of us and just force Walmart our stuff, and when it’s their problem and not ours ,that’s when you’ll start seeing more Nabisco displays
Agree. Walmart is the worst but this job su-ks altogether.
Walmart needs to go warehouse , our sets have shrinked , store mgrs only care what’s in back room for display , our company has no teeth to get any thing that’s supposed to be “scripted” up , and on top of that we’re required to put stuff on the short sides of 4x4 , that doesn’t sell and we face for a month , why not put good sellers there , so we’re sales rep , I think not duh !
