Anyone hear of layoffs coming Nov 18 in Santone’s group? I know everyone is probably going through this but figured I’d ask.

With about 15 folks within 2-3 levels of her with the word diversity in their title, there is room for cuts. T did their job and made a list companies that excelled in this area.

It's HR, of course they deserve an enhanced package. How did HR ever get so bloated and why has it taken so long to correct the imbalance?
I doubt you know. But will ask - is the 6 mos pkg you mentioned the existing severance plan that pas up to 6 mos (based on years of service) or something new we have not seen before?
I thought there was a post on this site a few weeks ago about HR folks getting let go. I assume they were under her also.
