The token sycophants praising the townhall are not doing themselves any favors. They will be laid off just like everyone else when they no longer serve a purpose. With the roll out of Sapience (monitoring program) I can guarantee that people are not interacting on the Viva Engage post to save face.
I’ve heard from various different areas that there are more people upset, than there is agreeing with what happened. Those agreeing seem to have a particularly brown nose or separated by $$$$ in positions.
So what would make this whole situation better?
First, Gunjan needs to do another statement perhaps truly responding to the employees fears.
Explain why 100% remote prior to COVID shouldn’t not be in fear of loosing their employment, raises, promotions etc.
Take the time to explain in detail why the RTO will be required for all, when prior to COVID that was not the case.
The number of available seats in the HUBs is telling. They cannot support 100% of staff coming back. So realistically what does that mean?
For those hired in as Remote, do we have any legal ground as to the state of our employment?

True story from many years ago in USB. Some sales rep gets an email about something like volunteering, or employee assistance fund (can't recall exact topic but it was something about giving back). Sales rep hits REPLY ALL "i don't have time for this s**t". The low iq sales rep never cared to learn his management chain and didn't get that it came from his Vice Chair (2nd level) to 100s of employees.
His was gone from the corporate directory 2-3 days later.
Lesson is, yeah go ahead and be pi---d but your wife won't care when you come home fired because you didn't think it through. That job market su-ks right now. If you are going to lose your job, let it be from a layoff with severance vs. getting outright fired.

Which community contains the alleged thread criticizing GK? Y'all know how many Viva Engage communities there are. There were plenty of people openly criticizing RTO on multiple Viva Engage communities, but I want to read the comments against the CEO myself.

Typical post making a statement with no backing or evidence. The facts are there are massive layoffs and hundreds of other people who are able and willing to take your job and won't complain about RTO.

It's not about being afraid but being smart. These folks posting that on the intranet site are behind for retaliation. I wouldn't put it past her to order her minions to go after these folks.
