US Bank is busy laying off the age 50+ employee's who are more knowledgable and worked harder at their jobs for many many years. They are being replaced by young fresh out of college employee's who know nothing about hands on work. Good luck to US Bank now! Let's see how things run now! I bet not near as smoothly as the lifetime employee's!

Ageism is alive and well at the bank.
It’s usually people over a certain age. We all know it and it’s ageism. The discrimination is at full force while they parade the fake DEI in our face.
I concure. I was impacted last year after being at the bank for 30 years.
On that sheet I received when I received my final documents. It showed the ages of everyone impacted. There was no one under 45 that was layed off.
At this rate, Cecere is going to need to reopen the family restaurant.
Let’s all layoff Gunjan for being a total bully and entitled millionaire saying we don’t matter and none of our questions deserve answers and it’s all just nonsense. Why have a townhall if you’re just going to degrade us.
Where is your evidence to prove this?
A pity they can't lay off our age 50+ CEO, Gunjan, and replace her with literally anyone else
