I'm interviewing for a Principal role in New York - it is a non-revenue role in Risk, base between 175-360 or so.
Does anyone have any idea what I should expect in terms of base salary and bonus?

Corp risk circus hiring more clowns. Their non-revenue generating business is clearly booming.

You don’t sound like P6 material. Unless you are interviewing with IRM. If that’s the case you will fit right in. Ask for a corner office too.
You should ask for midpoint given it’s NYC. Charlotte pays slightly less and i was hired @ 2% below midpoint. Bonus has been between 30-40%
If you are asking this question here “how much should i ask for” i am shocked you would be in a role that high or because you are so scary smart you just lack any sense of judgement
Aim above mid-point. This is NYC after all.
They still hire principals? Hahah wow…
Around $280 bas plus 40% bonus.
I'd say 10% below mid-point and 30% bonus.
