Have you noticed a pattern when you file an HR case? I've noticed the past 3 times that someone from India picks up the case and messages me some d-mb question to try and get out of the case. They try to find whatever out they can so they can close your case and move on. This is what we've come to, HR being staffed from people in another country who have no desire to help those in the US.

Tribal MO.
As no one else has said it...HR is NOT your friend, they are there to protect the company.
Sure if you need evidence that you contacted the company to complain about something before you go to a lawyer then go ahead otherwise don't expect them to do anything to help you.
The past 3 times? The problem is likely you
the past 3 times?

The quality of the toilet paper in these buildings should be all you need to know.
"Hello HR, I only received a 3% raise this year! This is discrimination against boomers!"
If you have a problem and contact HR, now you have 2 problems.
They don’t report to anybody.
Your first problem is contacting HR in the first place.
The bigger question is why are you submitting so many HR cases?
I’ve not contacted HR for a while but I totally believe it given the state of affairs in this place now. When I’m done here I expect to be done with banking forever. I never want to experience anything like this again in my life to see where this storied bank once was to the contraption it has become. Good luck getting some real help and resolution.
