Has anyone heard of upcoming ORM layoff dates? Hearing it will happen in the next month or so but curious if anyone heard anything regarding the topic.

So many people in that area quit so they don’t need to lay anyone off.
ORM = Operational Risk Management in Corporate Risk.
ORM is def not a growth area and layoffs in both Risk and Compliance were to impact 25% of staff. This was announced last year and steady layoffs have been occurring. A large portion of these jobs are being shipped to India.
What is ORM, what do they do?
No layoffs planned. ORM and Fin crime are growth areas in WF.
