Just heard someone director or higher in L&D got let go? If true, I wonder what other departments are being impacted? Anyone else hear anything???

Expect layoffs after the top brass meets in BR in June. It has been said that most teams can’t meet their stretch targets without head count reductions. If your group is still hiring you will absolutely have layoffs by October.
