March 2025 Layoffs

As you all know, out of nowhere, and even after promising last year that it would not happen again, L3Harris has had massive layoffs in March. I guess CK and his board needed bigger bonuses. Luckily, after a month long job search, I found a new and better job. The way it went down was they called me into a room, said that my position was being eliminated, and they walked me out if the building. It was humiliating. Way to go L3Harris. Real professional!!!!

It’s all about money. Human beings and their families mean absolutely nothing!!! Your devotion to your work and the company or years of service also, means nothing! This will come back to bite L3H sooner than later.

The layoffs are seen as a way to deliver on cost savings goals within that initiative

Is that what they call "rationalizing?"

AI generated answer:
"The layoffs are being implemented as part of a wider strategy to streamline operations and manage costs, potentially impacting hundreds of jobs.
L3Harris has a multi-phase, multi-year initiative called LHX NeXt to create efficiencies in its operations. The layoffs are seen as a way to deliver on cost savings goals within that initiative."
There you have it losers. In plain English. The company doesn't feel your concerns because you simply don't matter.

Anytime the company stock needs a shot in the arm, they just lay a few people off. They can always replace them with contract employees.
