Basic stuff like sorter rebuilds can't even be properly executed anymore. How do we expect customers to book new business with us when we can't maintain legacy installations?

I am glad for the Intelligrated survivors that some customers have returned. Unfortunately I am not surprised that Mexico manufacturing struggles to make products as they always have. Additionally management's insistence and determination to make Mexico work while the customers suffer with long lead times is insane. The tariffs will likely raise prices as they should considering they axed many American workers moving it there. BTW, with less volume shipping is the shipping departments accuracy any better?

Everybody busy in Mexico in the recently openned plant. You can imagine what happens when you send all the unsorted stuff from several closed US plants to Mexico and expect them to build conveyors fast enough to replace those closed plants.
Wonder what tarrifs will do with this strategy.

I can't offer anything too recent, but for the last year of my employment, Intelligrated was getting back some customers that they had lost and seemed to be just limping along. They really need a lot more to keep things viable. Honeywell's reputation in the Intelligrated customer sphere is really bad, but so is the reputation of the competitors.
