Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Job Titles

The best part of mission 1 was job titles.

Ftows are the sales reps. But mondelez decided to call them ftows because if they called them sales reps then they would be paying them far under market average.

Sales reps are territory managers and same thing here. Changing the title would mean mondelez would be paying way under market average.

So instead mondelez kept sales reps titles the same and made up a goofy name like full time order writer for the nerchandisers.

Stay classy mondelez.

Literally. Some ftows have 60 cases and some have 450. The management team we have here at mondelez is clueless.

Why is it that one person in each territory always gets a bazillion cases and the others go home early, why cant this company use common sense and spread out the work so all the work would get done and not break the backs of certian people. Is it too much common sense? Or do they really want to drive people to quit and keep cr-ppy cookie merchandisers?

Regardless of what job title change you guys get, tell them "no" whenever they ask you to do favors. Also, keep calling them out on their mistakes through a group chat.

Since most everything is, and has been for a long time, forced in, it’s the customer business team they really need to speak with! I give out my DM’s number if they have any questions or problems!

💯. Most stores will want to talk to the sales reps and usually it's about what to order/not to order etc etc. Appropriate job titles are needed at store level.
