COVID cesspool in the office

They want us back in the office. I hope they are prepared to deal with people coming in sick with COVID, Flu, cold and spreading it to others because they are forced to be in the office 3 days a week. They are enforcing this but people will be the ones dealing with the effects. They don’t know our health situations.

Office workers have always gotten sick as a team. One person bringing in a cold because they use their sick days for golfing. Rest of team sick in a day or two. That's office life. WFH is awesome but it's not because people are afraid of sickness.

This is a tired topic. This country is as back normal as it will get. Kids go to school every day. People pack in large venues for sporting events and concerns. Let's stop with the covid excuse. Sure there should be medically exempt people, I get that. But this doesn't apply to 98% of the country and likely the three previous posters.

Trust me I’ve been in the office where people are coming in sick with covid and flu. Last time I was in the office, someone decided it was a good idea to come in while sick. I got covid from that person and was out 5 weeks sick as a dog.

Can we take legal action if we get sick in the office? I know someone who had long COVID that lasted almost 10 months and it was awful from what they described. I am not going to risk my health or my life because Elcio thinks he can decide what’s good for me.
