We need to start putting in the effort and loyalty that matches our raises.

LMFAO reading these posts. You are pi---d about getting 2% for all your hard work? I've been milking the Clifton Cow for years and not doing much of anything. I'm sitting in my cubicle rubbing my hands together with my 4% increase. All I have to do is rat out the underperformers to my leadership. For that I get nice pay raises and I get to pick my jobs without having to worry about being laid off.
The post before this is correct.
"useful id--ts" LMFAO
The term used privately by upper management to describe those of you that are happy with your 2% raises is: "U S E F U L I D I O T S".
You know the type. Cheering and clapping at the all-hands meetings as if the company really gives a sh!t about any of them. Most of them are blissfully happy because they're too stupid to know they're getting hosed and too feckless to get a job any place else..
I stopped going to those meetings years ago because my stomach was hurting from laughing at you.
Spend your day doing as little as possible without getting fired. Starve them while looking for something else. Stick it up their LBX.
we are all going to work 2% harder this year
Adjusted for inflation that should be about a 1% slowdown
We all lost money between inflation and Harris increase in benefits . We all get emails on how well the company is profitable billions. But a raise of 2 percent or less in a slap in the face for all of us. Very sad young people should leave for better money and opportunity’s.
Harris is a dead end for new and younger employees. We had layoffs all the people that
Have been laid off all got jobs with 10 to 30 percent increase. What does that tell you about L3harris.
They've made it easy for me. Since the average raise for our group in Clifton was around 2%, we are all going to work 2% harder this year and we did last year.
They laid off a bunch of level 4 and up to spread fear and lowball the survivors with a 2% salary increase.
I thought CY2024 was a great year and we have a solid backlog.
All this mumbo jumbo talk in town hall meetings about how great L3Harris is giving 2%.
Phukum.
FY2024 saw Cash Flow increase 22%. Our margin increased to 9%. Our operating income was up 15%. The company made billions in profit for the year and made half a billion more in profit than they already made in 2023.
FY2024 was a great year for the business. Don't let senior leadership gaslight you into thinking otherwise so you're less negative about their atrocious merit/promotion policy.
If you do nothing, nothing will change. Posting your discontent here won't fix anything. Get out of there.
It's a merit budget, not a cost-of-living allowance. Whatever the merit budget % is, employees can be given more than that or less than that, including nothing. If you got less than, you may be considered an underperformer, or you might be at/near the top of the pay range for your job, or there is someone on your team that management wanted to reward more.
2% in CSW @ Salt Lake City, UT. I heard from coworkers with 1.9, 2.1, and 2.2%.
Got 4% in Clifton. What did you get?
“You’re double dipping with that nice welfare check.”
You’re double dipping in your kids’ as--s and causing them to bleed.
You’re double dipping with that nice welfare check.
Woah! I think the guy before was being sarcastic there, he probably agrees with everyone that these cost of living raises are sh-t at L3Harris.
“ Tell us who you are so we can lay you off.”
Found the corporate coc su---r and child ra---t.
Tell us who you are so we can lay you off.
The beatings will continue until morale improves.
Remember, you are a very valuable employee 😂
