I dont even set half my mandated displays. I've lost any respect for this company and I want them to lose sales. I still get OT sitting in my car to make up for any bonuses that the company makes sure I don't hit. Su-k a big one mondelez. I play the game better than you.

I got the same info from sr management about not telling stores that they are about to get sc--wed. Since I’ve given notice already and found a new job, I just forwarded that email to the zone managers of my territories 🫣🤭

From our manager:
"Understand the frustration regarding the NOS orders for Kroger last week and next week. We need to deal with in a professional manner. Product being shipped this week is for the HDO ad on CA, Belvita and Teddy Grahams. Very aware some of this product is at store level via PRD already (Belvita PRD’s). We must be professional and not use words “forced in” etc. This type of communication can’t be communicated at store level. This will get elevated to Senior Mgt. which can lead to individual conversations or documentation."
So we should lie to the store management that we've been establishing a relationship with for years?
It’s a system they up to make people fail! I love watching movies in my car! I spent too many years trying and than having to do the work of others, don’t feel a bit bad about leaving the work for the next guy! I’ve got stores I’ve never been into for months, feels so good to sc--w them!
Yup. Most of my merchandisers "leave it for the next guy" which is me..
We all know the company doesn’t care about us or our customers. But, if you’re collecting a paycheck,show up and do your job, or just quit. No effort just sc--ws the next guy who follows you.
