The useless ones are so excited for return to office

My manager is so excited about it. He has nothing to do except micromanage and create busy work…he’s so eager for us to return so he can feel important again.

At home the useless management may realize exactly how completely useless they are. Once back in office, making employees miserable, they are achieving their goals.

You do realize that each time you log in from the office that pop up comes up asking if you are well and you certify that you are. Did you notice it doesn’t pop up when you’re on VPN? If you think they aren’t tracking that, here’s your sign.

To S--kitup, if you don't want to hear people upset about it, scroll on by. The execs pretended to give us a choice, and now that they see we're choosing to work remotely they've decided to take away that choice and effectively give us all a pay cut in the process. We have every right to be upset about that and express it.

This is weird. First it was going to come back after COVID. Then those who work from home can stay home. They also stated that everyone was more productive than they expected. Now it's you have to come back to the office? The decision is all over the place. Weird

Your manager is what’s wrong with the world. It’s full of useless waste trying to stay relevant. Most likely his private life sucks so he takes it out on the employees.

To the s--kitup person on here few comments below. We did not go to the office because it is no longer feasible in todays environment and does not make sense to go and commute where 100% of the job is being done from home. You must be one of the HR C-suite buttheads.

Even hearing the good managers shake their heads. It’s so unstable and everyone is just at a loss for words.

Literally quit complaining about this. You don’t want to come into the office and go find another job it’s not about whether or not you were productive at home. It’s about the fact that management gave an opportunity for us to come in and we all snubbed our noses at it so now management is saying guess what y’all are gonna be in three days a week and if you don’t like it, go find something else
