Elliott Management has just just changed SouthWest Airlines for better..or worse? I assume their interest in Honeywell is resulting in similar consequence for us.

All the management. Believe Elliot management had no influence over the decision to spin this company off. Business as usual.
So if there is a layoff, or RIF. Just tell these folks that’s Business as usual and Elliot management had no influence over this decision.

Maybe, this should’ve read up on Elliot management and what to do with companies to increase shareholder value. When they got rid of ya. The shareholder value will go up. Thanks for contributing to my shareholder value. You can tell my unemployment office. They told me it was business as usual.

If there's going to be any layoffs, I would say after the spin-off.

I don't trust his site. Since entire director left, I'm warn it into Bloomberg and CNBC. Their information is at least accurate.

I've seen Aero get really conservative, in the financial sense, in the past few weeks. I haven't heard of layoffs, but census and spending growth has been mostly locked down.

Might just be battening down the hatches in response to all the noise out there, might be a prelude to cuts. Hard to say either way yet.

I've seen nothing that would suggest a mid-march layoff.

aero is in trouble with proposed cuts incoming. lot of replanning and aop targets are in jeopardy. the orange clown and his obvious symptoms of stroke will impact your livelihood.
Yes i am serious , stroke,
specifically an ischemic CVA in the fro tal or right lobe

  • loss of impulse control,
  • gait issues,
  • -- PBA,
  • -- and some strange loss of empathy, possible delirium.

if you have a family member who had a stroke these are recognizable.

Have not, but honestly lately they’ve been keeping everything pretty close to their chest. My question would be, how many more people will they let go of? We’re already barely operating as is, I don’t see a lot of fat at least in my neck of the woods.
