Title. Having lived through 4 layoffs at talech over the last couple years I’m wondering when my head is next to get chopped. Anyone know anything about the plans for talech?

@bq+1jmackfa6 Why the hate? talech is a product directly tied to Elavon, not the bank. The bank made the acquisition, but all the challenges, costs, and responsibilities of fixing talech’s issues fell on Elavon. They had to invest significant resources into resolving technical problems, improving system stability, and addressing customer concerns, none of which were the bank’s burden. Elavon took on the heavy lifting to try and make talech a viable solution.

Talech was a mess before the buyout and still are today. I swear USB is doing everything they can to fail Elavon. Every decision they have made for Elavon has failed and is causing nothing but broken systems and major loss of revenue year and year. Elavon used to be a money machine and back in 2008 they carried the bank when the markets failed. USB is Elavon’s worst nightmare. And the ripples you are now seeing on the banks side let me tell you Elavon was the test for that they sent the jobs overseas and eliminated bonuses. Every year they raise the prices for their clients and we are not talking about small amounts with bogus fees. Elavon’s pay is nowhere near USB by far less.
