It is imperative those self serving managers who have sat on their hands for years eschewing obvious progress be denied a fat, juicy EOI. Their names are well known and they should not be rewarded for their inaction and lack of courage.

@cg+1jm6yyyq0 apparently it's being re-done to include the change from global so some of the leaders that were initially making the decisions on their org structure will be impacted also.

@ce+1jm6yyyq0 I don’t know if they’ll look at it that way, but they sure should. In my career, I’ve been to seven Chevron locations, and I spent a good bit of time in ABU recently. No doubt about it, it’s the Mecca of the most arrogant, incapable, and self-serving leaders I’ve ever seen.

Well that would be the normal approach. But given they have been planning to reorganise since early last year, you’d think they would already know…

I heard they’re looking into talent cards and capabilities. This time, they’re checking for outliers like PSG levels versus actual skills (education/outside experience). They are also looking to see who has declared their conflict of interest properly as apparently there is a lot of shady deals. Word is ABU’s got the most unskilled managers in the whole company...which explains the additional nepotism on top of the regular Chevron base
