Layoffs. Poor raises. Lower RPR. Tension over job security. Morale su-ks. Been at UHC 10 years. Every review I’m a solid 5. I am paid well but work my rear off for the company, always work overtime (salaried) and make it a mission to do my absolute best. UHC will lose quality people. Complete lack of transparency from upper leadership and the board of directors. I’m exhausted. My morale in the toilet. I will, because of the snowball effect of it all … find something else to do with another company. I don’t believe our area will be impacted as we are posting several positions. Go figure right? Complete mismanagement from the top. Stephanie called big meeting to say yes we let go 3000 people and trying to be transparent several months back. Oh Stephanie Hoover - where is that transparency now? Lose the best employees and then pick up the pieces. My heart aches for so many people. Witty and the Board need to wake up. Sadly, starting my job search.
