Jamie was rude, arrogant & downright disrespectful during today’s town hall. Belittling his entire workforce, the ones who work hard for him everyday. Absolutely appalling.
we had a townhall meeting with Jamie today in Columbus. He said " I f-c**ng don't care about the petition" in his own words.

Take it from us over here who have been dealing with RTO bullsh-t for 2 years:
If you don't RTO full time, JP Morgan will RIF you. They're doing this because they want to thin the herd for cheaper talent or shrink teams and double or triple your workload.
Unfortunately for Fiserv, not only did they just mandate 5 day RTO on Friday, but in December, they made us be on site 9 hrs with 8 hrs Sapience tracking time. If you're a higher pay grade or people manager, you're here 10 hrs a day.
I don't know how things work at your firm, but we're pi---d and have lost a ton of talent in the past calendar year.
