You know that things have gotten so much worse when even if you had been regarded as one of the best workers at one point, management harasses you with questions about things you have no control of on a daily basis. Once you talk back, these buffoons from management take it as if you are saying fk you. Well, guys don't take cp from anyone and stand your ground!

It’s just a toxic environment that management has created, plain and simple! It’s a revolving door for new hires, nobody likes to be treated like dirt and there is no incentives anymore. So many other opportunities, just move on!

Agree! Once you speak up you will have a target on your back…wear it proudly! Every time the goons came after you for anything out of the ordinary…ask for it in writing! I did, literally for years! Things I knew were retaliatory behaviors I simply said, “wow, that seems odd, never had to do that before and I know my teammates are’t asked to, is that a new policy?” “Can you just put that in writing for me”? I’ll be happy to do that but can you just confirm with me in writing what you are asking. Hahahaha! Put them on the defense! Then keep great notes, everything in writing and let ‘em know that!
I was harassed, they harassed my merchandisers to try to find dirt on me, you name it! I only took it long enough to get fired, exactly what I wanted and let my attorney take things from there. Needless to say, I am so much happier.
The way they manage is mind boggling! Sloppy sloppy sloppy and so many open opportunities for all kinds of legal issues!! They settle almost everything. Play the game. Let the EEOC be your guide. You got this!

Play the game. Tell mgmt. whatever they want to hear then do whatever you want when they leave….nobody will ever notice.
