I was a 20 year high performer and got the call a few months ago. I quickly landed in a much better place where nobody is talking about RTO, location, hours tracking, or calibrating people to get to a quota of low performers. Bottom line: getting the call was a blessing. I know uncertainty is hard, but many of us come out the other side much better off!

Is this Saul bragging about the small business he would open if he was impacted by LS?
Hi Jeff!
I think this is a fake post. The story is too good to be true in this difficult job market. OP is just teasing everybody.
Is this Charlie Shart? Hey everyone, look at this great job I got by leaving WF, come join...
What company? or is this another fake post?
Do managers really talk about about RTO, location, hours tracking, or calibrating people to get to a quota of low performers at Wells Fargo?
I thought they just talked about that stuff on this board -- but not at work.
Is this considered a reorganization? At Citibank, we had a reorganization program that had a beginning and an end. It was tough, but they realized that they had "over hired" and had to "cull," as another post stated. Has your upper management stated the end of these programs?
What company? I’ll go anywhere and do anything for a company that isn’t run by dinosaurs pushing RTO.
Oh ok, we were all wondering if you were a self-described high performer who’s been with the firm for far too long
Congrats! Share more about your notice period and how long your severance was, insurance, etc.
Cool?
can you share more about where you went - even the industry would help - and what your path was to get there?
Which company did you go to?
