Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

The most important thing is to know when to quit

I am quite satisfied with the opportunities I had here to upgrade my skillset. How about you? I started sending resumes the moment I felt that I was starting to stagnate in that respect. I have received several good offers, probably thanks to the skills I have acquired here. However, some tell me that they are not satisfied and that their skills have actually atrophied here. I don't understand why people let this happen to them. The most important thing is to know when to leave.
